Recipe: Honey gingerbread

Here is a gingerbread recipe with garrigue honey, made by Les Douceurs Sucrées de Sophie who makes delicious sweets. This recipe is really simple, it is within the reach of everyone.

Ingredients :

250 g of flour

230 g de Garrigue honey

30g of brown rod

1 egg

10 cl milk

50g butter

1 pinch of baking soda

1 sachet of baking powder

1 tablespoon candied clementine bark

1 pinch of salt

1 teaspoon of gingerbread spices

Preparation :

Preheat your oven to 170 ° C.

Cut the butter into pieces. In a saucepan, heat the milk with the honey over medium heat. Add the butter. Then let cool.

In a bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, candied clementine peels and spices.

Then add the egg and milk and mix until a homogeneous preparation is obtained.

In a buttered and floured cake pan, pour the dough and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
