Ingredients:
- 1 block of feta
- 1 tbsp of Miel Factory Forest Honey
- Aromatic herbs
- Salt flower
- Pepper
- Tomatoes
The very simple preparation :
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Put the block of feta and the small tomatoes cut previously, in a heat-tolerant dish.
Combine the olive oil and honey, then pour everything over the feta and tomatoes. Put in the oven for about fifteen minutes, the time to obtain a golden brown result.
Take the feta out of the oven. A little fleur de sel, a turn of pepper and you're done.
