All Flowers Honeycomb - France

This honeycomb was harvested by MIEL FACTORY on the island of Puteaux in June 2022. It is a limited and local production because we have only a few hives there.

This island, uninhabited, with its banks planted with trees, mainly acacias and some lime trees, produces an original and subtle honey. It is predominantly acacia with a hint of lime and slightly spicy on the finish. A real treat!

It is not transformed at any time because it is not extracted: no mechanical shock, no thermal shock. The honey thus retains all its flavour and nutritional qualities.
