A nectar of great purity

Jean Walter, a Frenchman with agronomic training, went to live in Madagascar 25 years ago and in 2015 installed more than 350 hives a few kilometers from Manaka, in primary forests guaranteed without pesticides. Jean Walter's production is exceptionally pure.

The species of bee found in this region is the Apis Mellifera Unicolor. It is endemic to Malagasy soil, robust, not very aggressive and relatively spared from the diseases found elsewhere.

The flavor of Niaouli honey is very fragrant with vegetal and woody notes. Its tropical scents make us travel in a universe of flavors very different from the honeys of our regions. This is a real discovery!
