Ingredients for 6 people:
50 gr of corn flour
120 ml coconut cream
1 natural sheep yogurt
200 gr of raspberries
70 gr of lychee honey from Madagascar
40 gr of rice cream
- Preheat the oven to 185 ° C.
- Mix the eggs, lychee honey, yogurt and coconut cream. Whisk.
- Add the corn flour and the cream of rice.
- Pour into a dish with the raspberries.
