Our honey vinegar is the result if a long history of vinegar making. It is made from nothing other than water and fresh honey and aged in oak casks. It is fermented and decanted over a twelve month period, which ensures it keeps as much of its aroma as possible, without becoming too sharp.
Adding a touch of honey makes this vinegar just that little bit sweeter. Use on its own to season an avocado or a salad. Forget the mustard and olive oil, it’s all you need. Contains no sulphites.

The slow fermentation of our vinegar makes it possible for one to draw the quintessence of the aromas. The first fermentation turns sugars into alcohol. After a first settling phase and filtration, a new fermentation begins transforming the alcohol into acetic acid.
Once again decanted, this solution is aged in an oak barrel. This will ultimately give way to a clear vinegar with subtle honey notes.
Our vinegar will be great addition to your pantry to season a salad, shape a vinaigrette or even glaze a cooked dish.
