Harvested in Val de Virieu in northern Isère, France.
This organic all-flower ray was harvested in France during the month of June 2021, it comes from the park of the Château de Virieu in Isère. Production is limited as rays have been scarce this year. It is a mixture of linden flowers, bramble with a touch of chestnut.
