Colin took over the beekeeping operation from his parents a few years ago, who were the first professional beekeepers to settle in Corsica in the 1970s. Colin is passionate, he practices traditional beekeeping, guaranteeing the good health of bees.
Honey is PDO with very precise specifications which highlight the respect for bees and the traceability of honey.
The white heather is the most coveted and rare of the heather. Flowering takes place from February and harvest takes place between March and early April. The apiary is located at about 400 meters altitude a few kilometers from Monte Cinto.
