Lemon tree honey is harvested around the Mediterranean. Although lemon trees bloom all year round, there are few farmers who harvest this honey in France, even on the French Riviera and in Corsica.

Lemon tree honey is found, particularly in southern Spain, Sicily and Turkey.

The harvest takes place mainly in the spring before the heat wave dries up the nectar. It is a very clear honey with a subtle and slightly tangy taste.

Its light taste of lemon tree flowers gives it a slightly tangy floral aroma, fresh and pleasant on the palate.
