The dandelion is very rich in nectar and pollen. It produces pollen in early spring. It continues to flower continuously until autumn and is a valuable source of food for bees.

A special nectar with a flowery taste

Dandelion honey has very particular flavours that make it full of character. Floral notes burst out at the beginning and are followed by sweet notes at the end.

It can be enjoyed on a slice of toasted wholemeal bread for breakfast or simply spooned out during a snack. A real discovery!
