Jean-Christophe, who takes care of the apiary, was lucky to have a favorable climate for the harvest. This was not the case in many regions of France where violent storms damaged the precious nectar.
Acacia honey, with its slow crystallization and sweet flavors, can be enjoyed with great pleasure in its original state of raw honeycomb.
It can be enjoyed with a spoon or by spreading it on a toast of wholemeal bread, an apple pie etc... A real treat!
