This Normandy honey was harvested in the greatest beekeeping tradition, it was not heated or processed. Its texture and floral aromas make it a sweet and subtle honey. It can be combined with a breakfast toast, a tea, an herbal tea or simply to sweeten your yogurt.
One of the specificities of this Normandy honey is that it was produced by the black bee which is part of the genetic heritage of this terroir. This endemic Normandy bee, thanks to its robustness, adapts very well to the capricious weather variations of Normandy. The black bee with its long hairs allows it to transport pollen more easily despite the bad weather and its liveliness allows it to better resist predators.
