French acacia honey: increasingly rare...

Bee colonies love the acacia. It is a tree that flowers in April-May. In spring, the weather conditions are often uncertain.

However, the honey flow of the acacia is based on two criteria: little rain and a minimum temperature of 20°C. With the climate changes we are experiencing, it is not uncommon for these conditions not to be met and for production to be irregular.

Also, the acacia has a short flowering period, so beekeepers and beekeepers have to work twice as hard to collect the precious nectar.

Je voulais tester le miel en rayon et c'est une belle découverte, la texture est un peu bizarre de prime abord en bouche et je ne parviens pas à avaler le chewing-gum de cire (même si c'est recommandé pour la santé) mais c'est un bain de santé pour le corps (miel, propolis, cire, pollen), je suis ravie
