Miel factory invites you to savor its sunflower honey. Harvested in Burgundy, this honey is very common in the South West of France. Sunflowers usually bloom from July to mid-August. The harvesting of this honey thus occurs at the end of the summer.
Devoid of strong floral notes sunflower honey is easier on the palate. As such, it is a simpler honey generally appreciated by all. It has a rapid crystallization time, creamy texture and bright yellow color. Its mild taste makes it a pleasant honey to savor at any time during the day. We particularly recommend it use to accompany a chicken tajine served with pears.
